We are located at 3401 Schmon Pkwy in Thorold, Ontario.

The Niagara site has been in operation for more than 15 years and operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

We are looking for Customer Care Representatives at our Niagara contact centre. Opportunities are available in permanent variable hour positions working 30 - 40 hours per week, with schedules driven by peak business needs. You are required to have the flexibility to work day, evening and weekend shifts within our hours of operation. Successful applicants will possess excellent communication skills, superior customer service experience and good computer skills. Successful completion of secondary school education (high school diploma or equivalent) is required for this position.

The shift is a flexible schedule, meaning that your shift will change from month to month. You are required to possess a great deal of flexibility and must be available to work the required hours.

You are guaranteed 30 hours of work but must be available to work up to 40 hours per week.

By completing this application, you will be applying for a position with Accenture Utilities BPO Services to work in our call centre. The role involves maintaining positive customer relations when answering service inquiries and/or billing inquiries via telephone and/or written correspondence. Selling and up-selling to new and existing customers is a key responsibility of the position, requiring you to be in "sales mode" at times. Full training will be provided to help you achieve success in this area.
