What would your day-to-day look like?

- 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Customer Contact Services
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- MAC experience
- G-Suite experience
- Technical experience, digital experience a plus
- Experience using social media
- Experience in data entry / looking for people experienced in repetitive actions
- Exceptional customer service experience (through multiple channels, i.e. phone, email, chat)
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
